At Drone Paradise, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
- Return Eligibility
Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase or delivery, subject to the following conditions:
The product must be unused and in its original condition.
The product must be returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice.
The product must not show signs of physical damage, misuse, or modification.
- Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
Products damaged by customer misuse or negligence.
Products with missing accessories, packaging, or documentation.
Products that have been modified, repaired, or tampered with by unauthorized persons.
Software, digital products, or special-order items unless defective.
- Defective or Damaged Products
If a product is found to be defective upon delivery or within the applicable return period, customers should contact Drone Paradise immediately.
Eligible products may be repaired, replaced, or exchanged according to the manufacturer’s warranty policy and product condition.
- Refund Policy
Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:
The ordered product is unavailable after payment.
A replacement product cannot be provided for a verified defective item.
The order is cancelled and approved before shipment.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.
- Refund Processing Time
Refund processing may take 15 business days depending on the payment provider, bank, or financial institution.
- Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Drone Paradise or a verified defective product.
- Warranty Claims
Warranty claims are handled according to the warranty terms provided by the manufacturer. Warranty service does not automatically qualify for a refund.

রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতিমালা
Drone Paradise-এ গ্রাহকের সন্তুষ্টি আমাদের সর্বোচ্চ অগ্রাধিকার। পণ্য ক্রয়ের পূর্বে অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতিমালা ভালোভাবে পড়ুন।
১. রিটার্নের যোগ্যতা
নিম্নোক্ত শর্ত সাপেক্ষে ক্রয় বা ডেলিভারির ৭ দিনের মধ্যে পণ্য ফেরত বা পরিবর্তন করা যেতে পারে:
পণ্যটি অব্যবহৃত এবং মূল অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।
মূল প্যাকেজিং, আনুষঙ্গিক সামগ্রী, ম্যানুয়াল এবং ক্রয়ের ইনভয়েসসহ ফেরত দিতে হবে।
পণ্যে কোনো ধরনের শারীরিক ক্ষতি, অপব্যবহার বা পরিবর্তনের চিহ্ন থাকা যাবে না।
২. যেসব পণ্য ফেরতযোগ্য নয়
নিম্নোক্ত ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ গ্রহণ করা হবে না:
গ্রাহকের ভুল ব্যবহার বা অবহেলায় ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য।
আনুষঙ্গিক সামগ্রী, প্যাকেজিং বা ডকুমেন্টেশন অসম্পূর্ণ থাকলে।
অননুমোদিতভাবে মেরামত, পরিবর্তন বা খোলা হয়েছে এমন পণ্য।
সফটওয়্যার, ডিজিটাল পণ্য বা বিশেষ অর্ডারের পণ্য (ত্রুটিপূর্ণ না হলে)।
৩. ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য
ডেলিভারির সময় বা নির্ধারিত সময়সীমার মধ্যে কোনো ত্রুটি পাওয়া গেলে গ্রাহককে দ্রুত Drone Paradise-এর সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।
যোগ্য পণ্য প্রস্তুতকারকের ওয়ারেন্টি নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী মেরামত, পরিবর্তন বা প্রতিস্থাপন করা হতে পারে।
৪. রিফান্ড নীতিমালা
নিম্নোক্ত ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হতে পারে:
পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর পণ্য সরবরাহ সম্ভব না হলে।
ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্যের পরিবর্তে বিকল্প পণ্য সরবরাহ করা সম্ভব না হলে।
শিপমেন্টের পূর্বে অর্ডার বাতিল করা হলে এবং তা অনুমোদিত হলে।
সম্ভব হলে রিফান্ড মূল পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমেই প্রদান করা হবে।
৫. রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়াকরণের সময়
রিফান্ড অনুমোদনের পর সাধারণত ১৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে অর্থ ফেরত প্রদান করা হয়। ব্যাংক বা পেমেন্ট সেবাদাতার নীতির কারণে সময় ভিন্ন হতে পারে।
৬. ডেলিভারি চার্জ
সাধারণভাবে ডেলিভারি বা শিপিং চার্জ ফেরতযোগ্য নয়। তবে Drone Paradise-এর ভুল বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে ব্যতিক্রম প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
৭. ওয়ারেন্টি দাবি
ওয়ারেন্টি সংক্রান্ত সেবা প্রস্তুতকারকের ওয়ারেন্টি নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে। ওয়ারেন্টি দাবি করা মানেই রিফান্ড পাওয়ার নিশ্চয়তা নয়।
